Even with our AC running full tilt from 9am or so, mid afternoon often finds us well into the 80&amp;#39;s inside the house and the humidity quite high.  It usually takes us until midnight to get the house cool enough to sleep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We cope with lots of fans and I&amp;#39;ve even been known to grab frozen veggies from the freezer and plop it on my head for 5 - 10 minutes.  The kids eat popcicles after being outside and like to put some water in the pool and splash around in the evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We try to do all outside before 10am, assuming we can manage to get up in time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have decided being pregnant in the summer is hard work! As in the high was only about 90.  That&amp;#39;s great for Arkansas in July.
